• When u click on the above sign up Link you will Encounter the below page.

 

• After clicking on get Started you will see below page. 

 

• After above step Your account is opened .

Step 2 : Verification of Account 

To verify your account u have to do 3 things.

• Verify the email which u have Used for registration. Open  your email account and click on verification link which paypal send to your email id .
• Add bank account Number or credit card or debit card detail  where u want to receive your money from paypal but that bank account should be with the registered name i.e. Name used during registration of account.
• After u add you add any of the above 3 then paypal will send you 2 small amount into your bank account. It will appear in 3-4 working day.
• After u receive that amount you should enter that amount in the space provided as per your received it .i.e say they send you 2 amount as *.** and +.++ ....enter 1st *.** and then +.++ . I have used * and + as i will send money in your respective currencies.
• Third is the addition of pan card . You have to enter your pan detail.

Once your account get verified it will look like below page.
